Very bad service. Took all our insurance money on one pair of glasses and said other places provide fake things. Good sales man but a better a con man. Will trick you.

I wish I could have rate below that... Manager of the store is super bogus on customer service. Initially he behaves very nicely but once u order your frame and make the payment then you will get to see his real face. Pathetic attitude he demonstrates. DO NOT GO THAT STORE.

Never consider these guys. Don't even go to their store. You would rather spend hundreds more downtown than a single dollar on them. They are bad people and selling old on the shelf frames and will be very arrogant and rude if you have a concern. Conmen and they will act like they know much but do not trust them especially the manager. Make sure you read the words/terms of the invoice before paying for anything too. If you give them your money you will have a tough time getting it back for any reason and nothing can be fixed nor returned if bad. Also their prescription lenses are expensive but very poor quality. Youll end up replacing them elsewhere later. Save your money. The are also unsupportive and unreachable. Come in at odd hours. I had a bad experience and want to help others. Like the previous reviewer said, rip off and should not be running any business in Canada these guys.

I got an excellent service and a great reception from Loox optics. The staff was very well spoken, and gave options of great price choices. I would recommend Loox optics to anyone who want a compassionate listening, great service and wonderful products

Well I am seeing so many unhappy customers. However, my experience with LooX was pretty good, I got excellent advice , service and return of value from them. Manager and his assistant were very nice , I went several times, found them very helpful each time. I wish to visit them again if needed and I am recommending you this place .

I am customer of Loox for the past five years. I got prescription glasses, foot care and other services. Me and my family always received professional service. We found all staff members and management helpful, caring and striving to ensure satisfaction of their clients. I will recommend them and give them 5 out of five.

I was looking for a new eye doctor and passed this place in my neighborhood on the weekend. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment on a Sunday. They were a little busy when I went in and I wasn't sure what to do or where to go, but I eventually got in to see the eye doctor. The exam was unusually quick. I don't know if that's good. I suppose I will know if I can see well in my glasses. At the front desk was the very helpful Sid. I give him 5 stars! He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a frame and submit my insurance claim online. Everyone there was nice and courteous and I would recommend them. :)

This place is utter garbage and the manager is a scam artist looking to get the most amount of money he can from your insurance. I went with my mother and he said her insurance would cover for a new pair of glasses and soles. After waiting 6 months and multiple calls asking where the glasses and sole was the store finally called to say we could could pick up the items. When we got there another employee said that only the glasses were here and she would have to wait for the sole. After another month he called and said the sole was here. My mom went by herself to pick it up. At the store he informed her that the sole was actually still being processed and he would need another $500 for the sole from insurance. The truth was that he hadn't pulled all the money he could have and was now looking to make sure he got every dollar from the insurance. My mom had enough and said she didn't want the soles. The manager got mad and started cursing saying that we had come in to the store when he wasn't there and stole the glasses. When my mom told him that we came when his store called and his employee gave us the glasses himself and that the real thief here was him he got angry and raised his hand trying to slap my mother. My mother stepped back and another customer in the store screamed for him to stop. When the customer threatened to call the police he screamed for them to leave. I never write reviews but the fact that this man would even attempt to hit a person and call her a thief was enough to piss me off. If your looking to get scammed or over pay for glasses because "the insurance companies are rich and are the bad guys" then by all means go to the store. But know the man is nothing but a scammer trying to make the most he can out of your insurance. He will act like he wants the best for you but the truth is that he is a violent, angry, and disgrace of a man and his store needs to be shut down.
