Service is the best. He adjusted the glasses couple times for me until I felt very comfortable to wear my glasses.

He walked us through the insurance. Lots of variety to choose from, different options as well. He also has a doctor on site on some days so you can get an eye exam done at the same place. Clean and organized, all covid protocols in place. Very satisfied with the service.

On Monday, my 7 yo child's teacher had identified that he was experiencing difficulty seeing the board and I had trouble finding another optometrist who would see him. I called Victoria Optical on a random referral on a Thursday and they booked us in for a Sunday morning appointment. While we were there, everyone in the office was punctual, patient and very helpful. I hesitated to purchase frames there owing to the distance we live from this office but the optician offered to make the glasses on the spot as a point of service. He offered to have them ready in a couple of hours. How could we decline? Honestly, I had started the week thinking my child might have to wait weeks or even months for glasses and ended the week with my child WEARING the glasses he needs. This, to me, is true kindness and desire to help. After a year and a half of a pandemic, Victoria Optical prioritized my child's ability to learn in a classroom and, as a mother, I am deeply grateful.

There were able to get my prescription and my glasses ready within an hour. The store is really clean and the glasses frame selection is super affordable! I would go back anytime for my next pair of glasses. 10/10 would recommend if anyone is looking for new glasses and prescriptions.
