The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities that you would need to make a nice meal. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We had a very unique situation with crossing the Canadian border during COVID-19, as Canadians that had been living in the US for 17 years. These super hosts graciously helped us with our quarantine plan, bought and stocked our food, and have done repeat trips for our supplies. We have had the amazing experience of staying in the Heritage Cottage, a new home away from home. The attention to detail is evident from the moment you approach the property, as you walk through your front door into a well designed and elegant 'cabin'. There is nothing 'roughing it' about this beautiful place. I'm so appreciative to these super hosts....a 5 star review is quite honestly not high enough. This is a 5+ review. We will be back, now that we have relocated to BC for this entire next stage of our lives.
L	Lee Primrose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed at Logden Lodge 3 times now since 2015, and the cabins and service have always been excellent. You will not find a better place to stay. Paul is a wonderful host and is always eager to assist with anything you need. The first time we arrived, it was very late on Christmas Eve and we had driven all the way from Vancouver. As Paul helped us carry our luggage up to the cabin, he realised we had not had the sense to bring any food with us and all the local stores would be closed. The next thing we knew, he was knocking on our door with a basket of food, telling us that there was no way anyone was going hungry in his home at Christmas. This level of care is evident in everything at Logden, from the layout of the property to the unique decor of each cabin. We will certainly return again.

The cabin we were in was an old hunting lodge with almost all of the wood being re-purposed, it made for a really cool look. With that being said the bathrooms and kitchen all had modern plumbing and electrical and everything was VERY clean and private. The host was very nice and even let us borrow his snowshoes when I mentioned off-hand that we could not find any. If I am ever in the area again I will absolutely stay here again.

There are a number of different themed, spacious cabins to choose from and the design of each one is like a cabin fantasy - so perfect. The beds are SO comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We had breakfast outside on the deck, cozied up by the fire playing games and reading, and spent our days exploring the many trails and lookouts nearby. We visited in the spring but I can't wait to come back for a winter reset. The perfect place for a romantic getaway or relaxing friend vacation. Truly one of a kind. Amazing place.

I live in the area but staying at Logden Lodge felt just as relaxing if we were a million miles away. I really enjoyed the theme of our cabin. The African artifacts the owners collected from their worldly travels add a richness to the experience that is totally unique to them. The grounds were well kept and well lit. There was even a trail on site where we could stretch our legs and get a really good view. I will be recommending this spot to anyone who comes to visit from out of town and professional collaborators who might want to embark on a little staycation to get the creative juices going!
K	Korina Langevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a beautiful tranquil getaway from the hustle and bustle of town. I was raised in the area and Nelson has grown tremendously in the past few years. It's precious to have these cabins for relatives visiting who are looking for a dreamy forest getaway. Our cabin had the most beautiful worldly artifacts (I loved the rugs!). I have to say the main reason why I highly recommend staying here is the beds are heavenly! A good night sleep is worth a lot. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a local stay-cation. Would be a great place to host various family members for a wedding etc. Can't wait to go back.
c	cierraandmike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the opportunity to stay here at the Golden Cup cabin and it was wonderful! We highly recommend staying at Logden Lodge. Everything was clean, cozy and comfortable. Our cabin had a bbq and wood-burning stove which was a great addition to our stay. Our dogs also enjoyed the cabin and our 9-month-old baby actually slept 12 hours straight there. Yay! Big win for mom and dad.
