After having a lot of patience to listen to the dripping I was hearing, he and his partner determined it was due to the shower on the other end of the house not being sealed appropriately when it was first installed! Amazing detective work, and ability to explain and show exactly what was going on. He also came to my house a month ago for a clog that was causing us some frustration. After 20 minutes of thorough investigation and intervention it was resolved. He also left us with some great advice on how to prevent and treat clogs moving forward. For any future plumbing issues we will encounter, there is no question who I will be calling, and the specific technician I will be asking for. Thank you for your amazing service.

It was an extensive repair but executed in very short order and done right!. Nick was super to work with, flexible and very clear explaining the options throughout. Big job for our old house but Lodder Bros. were great to work with and allowed me to do some of the grunt work to save costs too. Highly recommended!

They searched out new faucets for me (my kitchen ones are toast) doing all of the work to ensure the new faucets would fit in the space. What a time saver this was for me. I had lots of options knowing that anything I picked would fit! Just a really great crew of people. Very respectful of your home and super conscious to not waste any time while they are on site! Just excellent service all around.

So... was the work being done ? was it cancelled?? the answering service did not know. Even after asking twice they did come, but no one told me they were still coming. Perhaps the scheduling communications needs an update??
