★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John was EXTREMELY rude when I called trying trying locate a package. If he would have let me speak, I would have been able to explain that I do not have a tracking number as my bf has it on his phone, and he works nights and out of town. We were told the package was at the Highland store, but it is not. So I was trying to locate the correct store and advise them not to return it. I unfortunately had to call the Fairway Road South location and John continuously interrupted me without letting me explain anything. He was not willing to help me and seemed totally irritated that I was even calling. He laughed and just kept interrupting me and saying "if you track it, it will tell you what store it's at"
This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had and seriously hope none of our packages ever end up at this location!

Status showed deleiverd by driver...no one was here on that day
Made compliant! .time was 1 week for investigation and had to call back , they said driver delivered...but again nothing
No driver or nothing delivered....false once again
Trying to fool.

Once, I came to the UPS store and showed some worries about one of my packages. The package was not strong enough to be sent, I thought. I asked John if he could get me another one. He helped me right away. He made it happen. :-) Thank you for an awesome service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a poster printed for an engagement gift. I went in on Saturday, April 30th and the gentleman working assisted me in a timely and kind manner. He assisted me in choosing the correct size and style of paper. I will definitely use UPS again for printing services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager Jay is very friendly, efficient and nice. He helped me with my printing order and was able to do it right away. I highly recommend this location!! He was also very creative to help with ideas for my business cards. Overall it was a great experience coming into this store. Such a welcoming and positive experience I will never forget!!!! :)
