J	Jennifer Krabbe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the aqua path and it was not worth the money at all, especially considering places like Scandinave, Body Blitz, and Nordik charge about the same. The first station had water sprayers that I think weren’t working properly, and the other stations were thoroughly underwhelming. The room smelled pretty musty and I doubt the decor has changed in many years. The staff was really nice and we got some really good laughs out of it anyway!

The best part was the massage with Stephanie hands down unreal. Better than most RMTs I've visited in the past. What really helped is that she is familiar with my job type(Equipment Operator), and knew all the right spots to hit. My recommendation is you better see Stephanie.
S	Summer Jirjis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel costumer service ever I experienced, very rode people right at front. and once you are inside nothing works, literally everting broken, from the remote control of the TV to bed frame, swimming pool, hot tubs, and they still trying to force the stupid covid 19 lockdown rolls (registering to access the broken pools area). Just not worth the money and time wasted on everything that doesn't work.
H	Hinna Hasan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, underwhelming experience. I booked a synergy massage and petite facial. The massage was horrible. It felt like a child was just putting on lotion the whole time and did nothing for my muscles or made me feel relaxed at all. Upon leaving, I immediately called another spa to book a massage with someone who actually preformed with a bit of strength and worked on regular areas like a neck. Next, the "facial" was nothing short of a regular night time skin care routine. These treatment are completed by aestheticians so I can let a bad massage go but it is skin care 101 to know not to rub someones face harshly with a towel, that of which she did. Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. This is not worth it at all.
P	Paula Hornall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a spa snd stay package that was advertised on the website and upon arrival found out that the reservation was booked under a 15%discount off room. We tried to have staff rectify the issue but were very uncooperative. We insisted that the price of room didn't matter to us however the spa certificates and welcome gift were. Staff at front desk were not overly friendly. Cleaning staff and floor manager were the most friendly staff in the hotel. The bathroom door did not open all the way, hit the toilet. Upon checkout, another staff member was most focused on another patrons issue and did not acknowledge us in any way.ie thank you, hope you enjoyed your stay etc., . The spa services were good however the aquapath service was input at the wrong rate..I caught that error immediately. Even a few of the staff there were not overly friendly. We continually got emails about services being rescheduled and had to go to the desk to get clarification because u couldn't get through via telephone.
A	Ashley Czerwinski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aqua path is the reason we come to Collingwood! We live 2hrs away and have been 3 times. Every time the staff are always friendly and assisting. I have never had an experience that goes beyond just a jacuzzi tub before. If you love relaxing in a hot tub or sauna this is definitely an experience worth trying out! I only wish this spa had more locations!
