S	Sandy Mariaye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first visit to the Scandinavian spa and we had such a great and welcoming experience. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had different times for our massages and the staff were so accommodating for letting my husband’s service dog stay with him during the massage and around the various facilities! Vicky was so friendly and made sure my husband was comfortable and at ease. Allison and Valerie were absolutely amazing massage therapists! We felt so relaxed after the massage and bath and cannot wait to come back again in the summer! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The customer service is excellent, they are literally looking for ways to make your stay as joyful and peaceful as possible. Was really able to enjoy quality time with my SO.

Bring a picnic or enjoy the cafe in the spa for a light lunch. Towel, robe & locker are included in your visit. Showers are available for after your stay, along with lotion and blow dryers. I love having a book, large water bottle in a tote bag that I can bring around the spa to enjoy between the baths.
C	Chelsea Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time coming to the spa and it was definitely worth the experience. We spent 4 hours there. Staff The employees were extremely helpful and kind. When RSVPing, I ran into some issues with the time slots and they were able to help my friends and I change the booking. After arriving at the spa, we were greeted with enthusiasm and care where the employees explained the whole process and suggested what we should do. Facilities The change room blew my mind in terms of how much care was put into it. The lockers were easy to open and close. They also had hair dryers and seats making it easy to put on our makeup and change. The baths itself with cold, warm and hot options with the sauna, steam room and infrared red light rooms really helped us relax through these stressful times. My favourite was definitely the steam room with the essential oils because it was extremely therapeutic and opened up my pores. Experience There is a quiet policy and no cell phone policy. It was nice to focus on the spa itself and good company instead of our phones. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I am looking into bringing my family back for a massage and bath trip. Would recommend this for a family, solo, couple or friends trip!! Remember to bringing our water bottle and slippers (I forgot)

Beautiful and very relaxing place, very well maintained, lots of options for your choice of relaxation, 3 different saunas, a few different pools with hot and cold water. Super cozy setting by real fire, lots of hammocks and all sorts of chairs as well as benches to take a breath in between saunas. All the staff members are there for you if you have any questions or concerns, they also make sure everyone stays quite for everyone else’s relaxation. That take silence very seriously and that was great for me. Also no phones or wifi around which means nobody has a chance to annoy others while constantly taking pictures. Loved the baths, the saunas, hammocks and basically everything. Definitely will be back soon for more relaxation.

The hot baths are nice and hot and the cold plunges are cold! 2 different saunas and a steam room. It is the most tranquil space I have ever been nestled just inside the forest. The staff are friendly and they do enforce the quiet. Quiet taking is permitted but it must be quiet. You will be shhhh’d if you are being loud. Towels are included and you can rent robes to use for the day. You can also bring your own robe if you do not want to rent. We went November 7, 2021 and the day was sunny and beautiful. We will return! You are provided a locker and you are not permitted to use your cell phone or take pictures. It is a relaxing time with no distractions. We did not do any massages only the baths.
E	Eli Wardan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible gateway in the heart of Collingwood, Ontario, near The Blue Mountain resort. This is a great place to relax/meditate/unwind/chill/have fun. It truly feels like you’re in a different country as soon as you step inside. Greeted with open arms and the directions given by the front staff was excellent . I would strongly recommend the massage therapist there as they work at identifying key tension in your body. Hot/cold Nordic spas were amazing.

Atmosphere is too quite. No music, no talking. Sauna and steam room are mediocre at best (low to medium heat) but it all depends on personal tolerance. These ones are not for me. The best thing was Scandinavian massage!
