★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The purchase process was horrible, being a first to arrive and demonstrate interest I have been bounced from purchase lottery to purchase lottery with no success. This is a horrible way to treat people. Furthermore their is not transparency on the pricing, lots or process up until you show up to the lottery. I would recommend heading over to Windfall where I plan to purchase.
Shame on the realtors and builder.
