★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commande en ligne avec ramassage en magasin. En arrivant on appelle pour le ramassage à l'auto. La personne me dit que nous devons rentrer puisqu'il n'y a pas de personnel pour ça. Je lui demande de bénéficier comme convenu du ramassage sans contact. La personne me met en attente et raccroche le téléphone. Je rappelle, elle ne s'excuse pas et me met à nouveau en attente pour encore raccorcher le téléphone. Nous décidons d'aller dans le magasin et là 4 employés qui ne font rien et aucun client. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Nous n'y retournerons pas!
Order online with in-store pickup. When we arrive we call for the car pick-up. The person tells me that we have to go back since there is no staff for that. I ask him to benefit as agreed from contactless pickup. The person puts me on hold and hangs up the phone. I call back, she doesn't apologize and puts me on hold again to hang up the phone again. We decide to go into the store and there 4 employees who do nothing and no customers. Very poor customer service. We will not be going back!
