Le 30-11-2019 j'ai acheté une cafetière Delonghi Dedica Deluxe à ce magasin et c'est parce que j'y tenais vraiment. La vendeuse avec qui j'ai eu affaires ne connaissait pas sa marchandise et mentait comme un arracheur de dents!
De plus je me suis rendue compte par la suite qu'elle ne m'a pas mentionné que le produit acheté était admissible à une garantie prolongée.
En résumé, belle offre en magasin pour ce qui est de la marchandise, mais pour le service, on repassera - ailleurs.

On 30-11-2019 I bought a Delonghi Dedica Deluxe coffee maker at this store and it's because I really wanted it. The saleswoman with whom I had business did not know her merchandise and was lying like a tooth puller!
In addition, I later realized that she did not tell me that the product purchased was eligible for an extended warranty.
In short, a good store offer in terms of merchandise, but for service, we will come back - elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas de latitude pour l'échange. J'avais passé la date de 4 jours pour un cadeau de Noël (en pandémie, donc fermé pendant un certain temps après Noël). J'aurais aimé échanger pour un article plus cher et la vendeuse m'a répondu de façon condescendante: pour échanger, je dois te rembourser!
Je ne retournerai jamais dans cette boutique.
No latitude for exchange. I had spent the 4 day date for a Christmas present (in pandemic, so closed for a while after Christmas). I would have liked to exchange for a more expensive item and the saleswoman answered me in a condescending way: to exchange, I must refund you!
I will never go back to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon conjoint et moi sommes allés à ce magasin pour faire l’échange d’un rasoir qu’il a reçu à Noël. La dame n’a jamais voulu faire l’échange disant que notre boîte de retour était légèrement déchirée. Elle prétendait que c’était une règle non écrite du magasin et que ses clients sont trop « teteux » pour acheter un rasoir dans une boîte très légèrement brisée . Ici nous parlons d’un rasoir à 150$ et celui d’échange était du même prix. Nous avons expliqué à la dame que ce règlement était écrit nul part , elle nous a dit sur un ton condescendant qu’elle avait pas de temps à perdre pour lire les politiques de retour sur la facture .
My husband and I went to this store to exchange a razor he received for Christmas. The lady never wanted to make the exchange saying our return box was slightly torn. She claimed it was an unwritten rule of the store and that her customers are too “stubborn” to buy a razor from a very slightly broken box. Here we are talking about a $150 razor and the exchange one was the same price. We explained to the lady that this regulation was written nowhere, she told us in a condescending tone that she had no time to waste to read the return policies on the invoice.
