Heureusement que c'est arrivé lorsque j'étais à la maison et non dans le centre d'achat ou dans le stationnement. Mon conjoint et moi avons retrouvé la pine et avons vu qu'elle était défectueuse... J'espère que je vais être remboursée et que ma montre n'est pas endommagée... En plus l'accueil n'est pas courtois et le service laisse là désirer. Éviter ce magasin à tout prix. LA SUITE: j'ai parlé avec un commis du magasin: aucune empathie ou excuse... même chose du côté du gérant qui m'a dit que je pouvais passer au magasin pour avoir une nouvelle pine ou encore aller en acheter une et la faire poser dans tout autre bijouterie... encore là, sans aucune empathie ni excuse, comme si c'était pas grave qu'un bracelet ce soit défait. Voilà, mon histoire, chose sure, je n'irai plus jamais dans cette bijouterie et je ne la conseille à personne. Un peu d'attente puisqu'il n'y avait qu'une seule employée alors que c'était le fin de semaine et que l'achalandage était vraiment fort. L'employée était tout de même compétente et a bien pris mes coordonnées avant d'envoyer ma chaîne en réparation. Aucun délai donné quant au moment de retour à cause du temps des fêtes... The employee was still competent and took my contact details correctly before sending my chain for repair. No deadline given as to when to return due to the holiday season ...

À chaque fois on nous mentionnait que ca ca n'arriverait plus. Il manque maintenant 3 diamants à ce collier... (Et non notre fille ne le met pas dans sa bonche) piètre qualité... We bought a gold heart decorated with diamond for our daughter. (Which is still available with them by the way) We went back twice during the warranty year to fix fallen diamonds. Each time we were told that it would never happen again. This necklace is now missing 3 diamonds ... (And not our daughter does not put it in her bonche) poor quality ...

Pour moi, ces bijouteries sont bannis. I am very disappointed ... Je la renvoi pour mettre une nouvelle pin et on veux me charger 20$ alors qu en magasin c est 5$. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CETTE CHAINE DE BIJOUTERIE. les temps ont bien changé. Ce n est plus la bijouterie que c était I sent my watch repaired to the workshop. Broken income was missing a piece and I lost a pin in the week following the repair. Ils peuvent pas changer de pierre sur un bijoux qui est vendu dans leur propre magasin, très peu de choix. Je vous recommande n'importe quel autre bijouterie des galeries chagnon. The madame seemed to treat me poor the way she spoke to me. They cannot change stones on jewelry that is sold in their own store, very little choice. I recommend any other jewelry store in the Chagnon galleries.
