★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été très insatisfait du service. Pour une réparation de montre, on m'avait dit 2 semaines de délai et un prix total de 15$. Un mois plus tard, aucune nouvelle. Finalement après 5 semaines, j'ai eu ma montre, cependant, ils avaient changé la batterie sans m'aviser, et ma facture était maintenant de 35$!!! J'ai refusé d'avoir la batterie (après m'être débattu 5 minutes avec la personne à l'accueil. Ensuite, même la batterie en moins, ma facture était maintenant de 20$ au lieu de 15$. Sérieusement, allez ailleurs, service très médiocre.
I was very dissatisfied with the service. For a watch repair, I was told 2 weeks delay and a total price of $ 15. A month later, no news. Eventually after 5 weeks I got my watch, however, they had changed the battery without notifying me, and my bill was now $ 35 !!! I refused to have the battery (after struggling for 5 minutes with the front desk person. Then even the battery less, my bill was now $ 20 instead of $ 15. Alors 20min plus tard aucun remboursement n'est possible. La vendeuse m'a spécifié que c'était échangeable, ça oui, mais aucun remboursement elle n'a pas trop parlé. Nous sommes en 2021. Je pense que l'entreprise peut offrir le remboursement surtout dans un délais de quelques minutes. Bref, à l'avenir pu chez diamant Elinor et je porterai une attention particulière au politique de certaines bijouteries.
I bought "huggies" baby earring for my goddaughter. After the purchase I send a photo of the jewelry to the parents and finally it does not. So 20min later no refund is possible. The saleswoman specified me that it was exchangeable, that yes, but no refund she did not speak too much. We are in 2021. I think the company can offer reimbursement especially within a few minutes. Qualité très médiocre mon chum m'a offert un bracelet coûtant une certaine somme moins de 2 semaine après le bracelet s'est dessouder sans l'avoir accroché je l'ai retrouvé au sol. La dame de l'accueil s'est permis de remettre ma parole en doute, réparation a nos frais le devis 75 Dollars pour une soudure ridicule c'est vraiment pas sérieux leur garantie ne fonctionne pas je trouve ça honteux service à la clientèle très médiocre je n'y remettrait pas un pied!!! Très déçu.
