Installation des toiles difficile surtout au niveau des têtes , Valence très difficile à snapper les têtes sur les attaches de toiles voir impossible

J'ai rien acheter.
Pour 4 stores identique motorisé il y avait 20% de rabais sur les stores, 50% sur les moteurs, installation incluse et la facture était de 2000$$$$!!!
C'est le seul magasin que j'ai fait. C'est peut être ça les prix ailleurs aussi mais crime que moi j'ai pas 500$ à mettre sur un store.

For 4 identical motorized blinds there was 20% discount on the blinds, 50% on the motors, installation included and the invoice was 2000 $$$$ !!!
This is the only store I have done. Maybe that's the prices elsewhere too, but a crime that I don't have $ 500 to put on a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience. On vous fait une soumission un matin que l’on refuse de vous remettre tout en vous promettant que c’est bien enregistré et imprimé. Lorsque vous y retournez avec votre conjoint l’après-midi même, oups tout à disparu. Est-ce que ce sont les mêmes prix que l’on vous refait? Et non, mais comment prouver? On vous annonce que tous les stores sont à rabais mais on ne veut pas vous l’accorder sur celui que vous choisissez. Excellente garantie? Bien sûr mais à la condition que vous rapportiez le tout en magasin alors que vous avez fait installer pour vous assurer de la garantie et surtout que vous étiez dans l’impossibilité de le transporter vous-même. Plus jamais, plus jamais le Marché du store.
Very bad experience. We make you a quote one morning that we refuse to give you while promising you that it is well recorded and printed. When you go back there with your spouse the same afternoon, oops everything has disappeared. Are these the same prices that we give you again? And no, but how to prove? We tell you that all the blinds are at a discount but we don't want to give it to you on the one you choose. Excellent warranty? Of course, but on the condition that you bring everything back to the store when you have had it installed to ensure the warranty and above all that you were unable to transport it yourself. Never again, never again the Store Market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu. On me donne rendez-vous pour les mesures entre 14 et 16 heures. La personne qui prend les mesures m'appelle pour savoir si elle peut passer avant (≈ 13:30). « Qu'est-ce que je fais, j'attends dans mon auto? — Par exemple… » Je lui dit non parce que j'ai une réunion alors, elle me répond qu'elle appellera de nouveau demain. Pourtant, c'est eux-mêmes qui m'ont donné ces heures. Ils ne sont pas d'affaire. J'ai perdu mon temps avec eux.
Very disappointed. I am given an appointment for the measurements between 2 and 4 p.m. The person taking the measurements calls me to find out if they can go before (≈ 1:30 p.m.). “What am I doing, I'm waiting in my car? “For example…” I tell her no because I have a meeting, so she replies that she'll call again tomorrow. However, it is they themselves who gave me these hours. They are not business. I wasted my time with them.

L'installateur est arrivé 1:30 d'avance et était bête. Il passait des commentaires sur nos choix de stores. Nous avions prévu notre journée en conséquence de l'heure que le magasin nous a donné pour l'installation... C'était la dernière fois que nous y allions !
Not very accommodating with buyers!
Installer arrived 1:30 early and was dumb. He commented on our blind choices. We had planned our day accordingly to the time that the store gave us for the installation... It was the last time we were going!
