C	Camila Motta Preuss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have kids, had kids, were a kid, have any respect for kids, don't come to this store. They are located in a very touristic area. I wandered in with my kids because I was going to make a purchase. My son touched a very colourful tie. The owner or whatever came right away to tell me to keep my kids together and tell them to sit somewhere because they cannot do that. They need to accommodate their clients if they are located in a place like this. My son did nothing wrong, did not make anything an adult would not do.

An average sized scarf is 85 dollars or so...Mind you, I asked if they had any in red and the salesclerk pointed to one ugly-ish one. I asked if there were any that could withstand washing in a washing machine since my mother likes to wash EVERYTHING and the salesclerk was impolite in her reply. I asked a few questions in French with an English accent and she seemed rather impatient with me. When we were leaving the store, my friend heard her mutter Anglophone! in a nasty tone. I will not be going back there. I did not feel welcomed.

After I asked how to properly wash and keep it (it was pretty expensive, but it's 100% silk so it's pretty standard), he proceed to tell me that it is all inside the wrapper that has all the instructions. Even so, he still explain the do's and don'ts.

I bought another and also came back to purchase that one upon completion 2 days later. I was shown and received a sheet of directions about ways to tie them. Lovely shopping experience and all of the staff were so nice. Ask questions and chat to them. English or French! So many choices - something for everyone. I love supporting a quality local family run artisan business.

They really advise you on how to wear and tie scarves in different occasion and help you to choose what really suits you. I asked to try like 30 scarves and Danielle was so patient and helpful with me and really advised me and taught me a lot. I really loved this experience. It made my purchases so special. Also, at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything, which in itself is rare especially after how much time I took to try on the scarves. I really recommend this store and the wonderful, kind people who work here. Danielle in particularly, who is helpful and lovely.

She was very pleasant to talk to and extremely friendly. We were talking in English the whole time and were received with warmth. Unique and original scarves made in that store for over 23 years!
