Save a spot is a joke service they offer which is no different than showing up as a walk in lol, not recommended for their newest location on Bevan.
Nurse last night was near the end of shift as it was nearing closing and was quite rude and was very hasty in attempting to hurry me through, she dropped some of my blood samples on the floor and when trying to hand me my urine sample containers she dropped one.
Feel sorry for the employees tbh since they feel the non stop intake of patients and can only imagine the strain on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of people waiting but the lines went quick and the nurses were great at moving everyone and getting people into their appointments.. We came late and were in and out within 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google maps is not updated with new address on Bevan! New location has no waiting area, waiting outside in cold and rain.
Ample parking however
Quite understaffed.. no privacy at reception desk and lady is hard to understand with a mask, shield, her thick accent and a plexiglass ?
Guy at front door screening talks a Mile a minute asking covid questions! Once checked in it takes so long to actually get blood dtawn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a spot. Showed up on time. About a dozen people in front of me, most of which are probably walk-ins. Nobody checks who had appointments so there was absolutely no point in making one. There's about 6 chairs in the waiting area with little distancing between them. No choice but to wait outside.
This is the perfect example of why certain health services should not be offered through the private (for-profit) system. Terrible service to maximize profits.

Many of the people complaining forget we are in a pandemic and everything is a bit more challenging. Also, If you haven't noticed our community is rapidly becoming high density, patience is a virtue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my mom to get her blood test done recently and had a great experience! My mom is extremely terrified of needles and faints very easily. We notified the person at the front desk about this and she let my mom have a separate room to lay down in to get her blood drawn. The nurse, Fenny, was also so amazing. She used small needles so they hurt less, and even seemed to have a tool that helped her locate the vein as my moms were hard to locate. She was so kind and encouraging to my mom when she was breaking down. She is an amazing nurse and deserves a raise!
