★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff.. but 3 out of the 4 times I've gone they have lost my requisition forms, mixed up my samples, told my doc to tell me to come back bc they messed up a test, and when I got here they didn't know what test they screwed up!! Terrible incompetent

And wait times in lab are absurd apparently it ok to have1.5 hour wait times .lifelabs sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, I had a trainee do my paper work, so it took a little longer. Blow draw lady was so efficient and you could tell she knew what she was doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need better seating. If you're going to have people (Prego especially) have to sit for two hour testing you should have a seating area for that with more comfortable seats. Two hours in shallow seats in a busy lobby sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to line uup as I entered. Ok. The lady behind the desk took my info.. Time 8.45 am. Life lab supervisor stood behind receptionist.
20 min. later I was called to the desk. More info was taken. I said that this was inefficient, take all the info the first time. Supervisor said nothing.I was told to take seat 4 in back. Seat 4 is not visible once you go to the lab area. There are 4 seats. #3 had an unattended patient in it. #1 was empty. #2 was empty. There was not any staff taking blood anywhere. Finally a technician came in. Time 9.10. I complained about the lack of blood takers, the lineup in the reception, and waiting for the bloodwork once I reached the lab.
Lab tech arrived for me. Time 9.35. That was 20 min. wait. She took 4 min. to do her job of taking blood.

Lab time. 4 min.
Admin. time. 6 min.
Comment from lab tech about waiting time-We sometimes have 1-1/2 hr. wait timed. This is nothing. REALLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant employees and the whole experience was just over 10 minutes! Fastest test ever. They were very catering to my needs and extremely efficient. Place felt clean, but maybe could get an updated overall appearance. Looks like they were working with older / out dated chairs etc. But they eere still in good condition. Still 5 stars because of the nurses!! I also forgot my lab results in there and a lovely nurse chased me out to give it to me, thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a CT scan sunday to see if my husband damaged my back. I got blood work done thurs 9am. They did not even post it.
I am thoroughly disgusted. They've done this + similar stuff b4. This is the life labs on Hurd St n Mission, BC.
