I ordered a SIBO test kit for my 5 years old boy. I received it, but was unable to have my boy follow the strict diet. At the end, we changed our mind and decided not have him tested. I asked for a reimbursement since I had not send any sample to Sibo Canada. I was only offered a 50 CDN $ refund of the 210 CDN$ I paid when ordering the test. The company atold me that they can only reimbursed the testing fee, which they argue is 50$. That means that the sample kit itself would cost them 160$ to buy and ship tot he patient, hard to beleive... I am very disappointed in their refund policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breath test results are reliable, interpretation section is out of date. Make sure you get the correct diagnosis.
I got the wrong diagnosis from this test, and as a result was given incorrect medication for my condition. I'm surprised and disappointed the company has not responded to this review.
