P	Preet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to visit yesterday and this place locations staff truly made it such an uncomfortable experience. The lady at the front was literally yelling at patients coming in and was using a very demeaning tone. As someone who works in healthcare myself this was so shocking. Then when a different lady came to take my blood , no hi, no greeting and she had such an attitude. Either your staff ain’t happy or they shouldn’t be working with individuals. As someone who came in stressed, what a horrible environment.

D	David Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access to this location as it shares the spacious parking lot with the Semiahmoo Mall. The waiting area is large and the staff is curt but efficient. Use the Save My Space option on their mobile app to squeeze in an appointment. At least you won't have to wait for a while when you join the lengthy queue as a walk-on client.

R	R B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours state they are open until 5 pm. I rushed to the location to drop off my At home Covid test I had to do for coming from USA. I arrived at the door at 4:55 5 minutes before closing and it was locked. The lady inside saw me I showed her my package and she simply turned around walked away to the back room. If your hours state your open till 5 pm and I Arrive at 4:55 and you see me, you should take my sample. Especially since samples are temperature sensitive this was a really bad experience

Person taking the blood was rude, couldn't be bothered to answer any questions and left the needle hanging while switching the container that draws blood. Very unprofessional. Govt. should review their contract with Lifelabs. Image 1 is day of blood draw with excessive bleeding, images 2& 3 are from 4 days later. Every other time I did a blood test, not a mark on my arm. Will be discussing this with Health BC. We don't deserve to be treated this way by people who have no value for human life.
