Was asking why I can’t attend the ultra sound yet 15 people can be in a line up shoulder to shoulder and the lady raised her voice to me and got really rude. TERRIBLE!!!! God forbid a expecting father asks to see his first ultrasound.

The lack of cleanliness and simple upkeep for all the healthcare tenants is evident and unfortunate. The tenants should get together and ask the landlord to put $$$ back into this property, or move.
S	Scott pavitt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and disrespectful. Appointment was at 11:55 and they close at 12. Was at the front door by 11:50 they refused to let us in and were very rude. I can understand closing early but to get angry at people who came for their appointment. While we were walking out they continued to help people who walked in behind us. Never coming again. Please never go there

Since it changed to appointments-only, everyone is calm and serviced in an orderly fashion. Container dropoffs were still welcome and one staff member, Valentina, had a very sharp eye and assisted our family in a difficult multi-day collection process. She streamlined everything and was so helpful. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was to go to this location, far better than any other nearby lab. Definitely worth it to pre-book for a positive experience.

L	L Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love that this location is appointment only; makes the experience way less overwhelming and much more efficient when you don’t have to fight through line-ups of ppl, or sit in a waiting area forever. Easy to book online and see your results soon afterwards. Staff here are perhaps a bit ‘kurt’ at times, but they are efficient and on the ball. Would be a difficult job to have to deal with so many different kinds of ppl day in and day out, especially in Covid times. Keep up the good work. On a side note, parking sucks :)

Booked an early morning appointment figuring I would be in and out of there (routine blood work) in 15 minutes, but ended up being 50 minutes because the Staff are slow. On top of it all, they had a student nurse working -- which is great -- but the only other person taking the blood work was supervising the student nurse! Chairs filled, lineups started and even when you finally reached the backroom where you sit to have the blood taken....all chairs filled because, well...they are slow. Did I tell you there are slow? I even asked if they were short-staffed today and she said, "nope". Unacceptable for them to think you have all day to waste on them. ON a positive note, they were chearful and polite, but if you use this Life Lab facility, be there first appointnent and expect to be there at least 45 minutes to an hour.

I was able to get one on their site but the process is a bit longer because you need to create an account and register. This is only the location available for today and it is the earliest so this was my only choice. They are located on the 2nd floor and the clinic is small but it is well organized and surprisingly clean. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Parking is a bit hard because it has limited space shared by multiple establishment. I like this Medical Laboratory and will deffinitely come back in the future.
