J	Jessica Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After checking my 9 year old in, I was instructed that my 8 year old son and I could not wait in the empty waiting room because the manager didn’t like it. This was after they had also told me that my daughter would have to go in alone because I wasn’t allowed another child with me. Fantastic treatment of full time single parents! I was then told we all had to wait in the hallway because the wait would be 20 minutes for the X-ray. My children are both very quiet and fully vaccinated. It’s absurd that we can’t sit in an empty waiting room with masks on at 4pm but my children can go to school unmasked, events, ect.
S	Sarah Amy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitely the worst experience i have had at a medical office. very disappointed. the reception area was warm and welcoming otherwise horrible, horrible. you would think people in health care would strive to make their patients comfortable... think again. an already vulnerable experience made so much worse by cold, rude staff that 'love their job and learn so much everyday' my wish is that they are able to learn what compassion is.
V	Vanessa Ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently pregnant with my 5th child, so I am knowledgeable with the ins and outs of pregnancy. I've had multiple ultrasounds done at this location in the past. Let me tell you, none of them were ever good experiences. From inconsistent polices, to technicians with rude bed side manners and the most recent experience nails it in. I will never set foot at this location ever again. No where does it state that children are not allowed, I was turned away like my children had the plague. When I mentioned that I have brought my child in with me in the past, I was scoffed at and told I got the wrong place as they NEVER allow children in. Remember how I said this is my 5th pregnancy? Dismissed, scoffed at and asked to leave. I have since rebooked my ultrasound at Westcoast imaging. Jim Patterson outpatient is also another option. Also, why am I not surprised. I've mentioned my experience with my friends. They've all had bad experiences here, you've been warned.
T	The Sharp Edge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told to arrive 10 minutes earlier. We arrived 15 earlier. The front desk staff is nice. But doctor Judy or whatever her name is. Is completely off schedule. We arrived to the lab earlier on time from a different city an hour away. We had another appointment scheduled after this appointment also an hour away. Arriving at 3:45PM, appointment for 4:00PM and we get called in at 4:45PM. Funny thing is there was no wait either, no one in front of us. No exact reason for the doctor to be late. Once she called us in no apology or reasons given for her lack of time. A very unprofessional doctor. I do not recommend her to anyone. Save your time especially if you are someone who is timely and has a lot on their schedule. Attend another clinic instead who actually respects the time of their clients. Ridiculous.
D	Dixie Rae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am absolutely shocked to see the low reviews that Valley Medical imaging has received. I have been in there many times for assorted x-rays and my experiences remind me very much of what things were like 30 years ago. The service is always prompt and professional. The technicians are polite and very considerate of your comfort. They even have soft and warm gowns that don't gape open at the back. LOL I arrived there this morning expecting that it would be crazy like all labs and Clinics have become since the pandemic and it was the exact opposite. I was in and out in 15 minutes and couldn't help but stop and thank everyone along the way. It had been an extremely rough four months for me as I caught influenza and could not get proper care from anyone. I was told just to isolate myself until it went away well unfortunately it didn't my chest became infected and it turned into walking pneumonia. Because the doctors wouldn't give me any medication to treat it because they weren't testing anyone for covid at the time it's now too late and the infection has become antibiotic and antiviral resistant. My point is I was feeling abandoned by the medical system and very very ill. What a comforting experience my few minutes at Valley Medical Imaging was. It just felt so much like the days before everything went crazy. I can't understand why anybody would give such a low rating when my experience was so positive and always has been. Thanks again to all of the staff for making me feel like my health was important.

We weren't in the lobby 2 minutes - boys have their tablets, masked, and can wait in the hallway, but they adamantly refused even after being told we have no alternative childcare. Their solution was for me to go to the local hospital instead (you know, the ones overflowing with COVID patients?). This adds another barrier for women and caregivers to access medical care my Doctor says I need. I hope you folks realize this is a Human Rights violation (protected characteristic = family status).
E	Emma Hoskins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little concerned when I learned you couldn't book an appointment, but the process was so efficient! From arriving at the building to having my X Ray was less than 15 minutes. The building doesn't look like much, but they've done a great job in the clinic. It is clean, professional, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the process less stressful. I would highly recommend! The only negative was you have to wait in a small hallway before you can check in which feels a bit cramped, but I only had to wait 5 minutes. Thank you for the great experience!! I will definitely be back.

I got pulled in for my ultrasound almost immediately upon sitting down in the lobby which was phenomenal since I had to have a full bladder. I had my 20 week ultrasound and my tech was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel very at ease and kept saying how wonderful the baby was cooperating for the photos - this is a big deal because it helped settle my anxiety as a first time mom. My husband sat in the car for about half an hour until I texted him and then he came right in to watch the baby on the monitor. The tech explained to us what we were seeing and let us watch the baby for 5 minutes. We left with four wonderful photos which he also labeled. I looked at the reviews before I came in and saw most of the negative ones were involving children not being allowed in the clinic.. this is something the clinic tells you on the phone when you book your appointment so I’m not sure why there’s so much confusion surrounding this. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.
