I have always been able to talk to the doctor and get my problems resolved. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors.

Colleen is awesome! She has even come in on her day off to treat my moles. Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful.

My fiancé has been with medimax a while now. What a disappointment they've been. If chronic pain doesn't frustrate you enough, the irresponsible nature of this clinic is sure to be the cherry on top. If you like to be left out of the loop on your own medical record, and stood up on appointments by your doctor, Medimax is for you.

From the time I walked into the Medimax clinic, I was greeted with smiles. The receptionists were very polite and efficient. The waiting time was minimal. Dr. West was very genuine and asked the right questions. I was very pleased.

Office does not keep proper paperwork. I am a disabled individual who is on disability who moved to Langley and this was at the time the only place that was accepting patients. The office is tiny and rundown. You can’t even get to the exam table in the exam room as it is blocked by chairs. But I need someone to fill out forms and refer me to specialists so I continued to go. I needed a form filled out for my disability and I was charged $200 cash (as they don’t know how to use the POS Machine that they have) to have the government form filled out (that is cheaper elsewhere $175 and every penny counts with low income). They couldn’t tell me how much it was going to be when I called in and don’t have an atm near by. So what am I expected to carry $200 to the dr with me every time? It ended up lost in the mail so I contacted them to have another copy printed from my records and they don’t have it! They are supposed to keep all records! They want me to come in and pay another $200 (that I couldn’t afford the first time) to have the form filled out again. Even the first time the dr filled it out he just asked me what I wanted him to put on it instead of putting what he thought should be on it. He is the dr not me. I could have filled it out at home. Not only that but I would book an appointment for my dr and confirmed over the phone he would be there only to arrive and be told it’s his day off and I have to see the another doctor And I’m not usually the one to complain but the staff needs to work on their English. I’ve phoned in and been told yes yes to questions that upon coming in was wrong and obviously the person on the phone didn’t understand what I was asking. They told me twice on the phone they had my forms on file and upon bussing my cripple self across town to their office I find out it’s the wrong form they were talking about. And I was VERY specific upon form number and name while asking over the phone. Rant over. Sorry.

Run away. The 2nd star is only because the doctor is nice and trying hard but the front desk lady is abhorrent and beyond rude. They blocked my phone number so I couldn't call to get information. If they decide to respond rudely to this I'll post screen shots of the text messages and emails I've received from them. Utterly insane.
