★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 11 has the best selection of quick eats--from chicken strips and potato wedges to a whole pizza of your choice made in 5 minutes. Slurpies are good on a hot day and a donut and small coffee will cost you $1.55 for both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very friendly and space is clean. There are lots of people with little equipment. There is hardly a stretching area. Environment seems to be a bunch of guys trying to be/lift big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planet fitness is one of my fave gums workout in. Always clean and staffed. Good machines and free weights. This location is huge and Lotsa room. Staff was super friendly and smiling. Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to McCallum Centre from blood work at Lifelabs. Wasn't too busy, staff were sanitizing thoroughly everything. Very comforting.
FYI...you do need to take your Care Card every time you go to Lifelabs.
While I was there a young lady was absolutely rude to the check-in ladies. There was no need, bring your Care Card. You must provide proof of who you are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty empty. There's Planet Fitness, Suppliment King, the market, Fabric Land, and now a Pizza place. Planet Fitness uses 50% of the parking. The rest of it is empty. It's far from a busy shopping center. Hopefully they change that, but in the mean time, not a lot going on.
