S	Shane Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst booking app! Save my spot does not work! Regardless if you have an appointment or not don't make any plans the day when you go here. I have waiteo anywhere from 2-4 hours even when using appointments or so called "save my spot". Lifelabs needs to do something about this. Where is the logic in reducing your hours when I have NEVER seen this place without a massive line. The lack of testing facilities in chilliwack force me to come here. The staff is great and has my sympathy.

E	Elias Cuervo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great. My complaint is about the illogical and absurd covid hours. People that work for a living have no chance of getting a test. Reduced hours of operation means that everyone has to bunch up during the few hours the lab is open. Covid protocols advise otherwise. Trying to make an appointment is just as futile. The appointments are booked two months in advance. I need a test now. Even with reduced staff, if they opened longer hours, there would be more available times for booking. Also, I tried the app to avoid waiting outside and that is also useless. Tried "saving my spot" and I got "your request can't be completed at this time". Unbelievable. I had to wait in line for an hour and a half in minus -3c weather because of the unreal incompetency all around.
C	Courtney Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely make an appointment, even if it's a few weeks in advance. Walk-ins can pile up quickly. It was fairly busy but all the nurses and staff were super nice and accommodating! While I was sitting inside, the attendant at the door was really cheery and I could hear her offering a chair to someone waiting outside. It was as good an experience as getting your blood drawn could be.
J	J P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lifelab at 8236 Eagle Landing Pkwy #608, Chilliwack, is the one I have always been going to get my bloodwork done. It has always been a pleasant experience with the people working there. I can't say the same about my experience on February 1, 2022. I was sent to cubical #1, the other 2 were sent to cubicles #2, #3. As I sat there waiting, another male walked into the back. As I was sitting there, the caucasian females that were on shift would walk by and look into the stall I was sitting in. The 3 males who were caucasions, or ?, not of asian descent were taken care of in a quick manner. As they were done, I sat there and heard to 2 female workers talking about their personal stuff. There was no one else back there to have work done. It wasn't a busy day. I sat there wondering why I was left sitting there when there wasn't anyone else in the cubicles. I felt like those workers didn't want to deal with me. All of a sudden, one of the workers comes in quickly, apologized for the wait, place my jar for a urine sample to my right, tied my arm, and took my blood. She was very uneasy and wanted to get it done as quick as she can. Here's the thing ... she DID NOT ASK ME FOR MY IDENTITY TO VERIFY WHO I WAS, as this is protocol to confirm my identity. I believe this event happened due to the fact I am Chinese. I don't freely come to the conclusion an incident is due to racism, but in this case, I believe it was. Lifelab was promoting a survey so I wrote my experience and heard nothing.

I hate needles and was nervous but I get into my own head. I booked ahead and showed up early. I was checked in, waited, then was called up and dealt with Wendy. She was very nice and outgoing. I was then sent into a room. Megan came in soon after and we spoke. I told her I was nervous and she was great. She made me laugh and we talked while she worked. I had a pleasant experience from start to finish.
