V	Victoria Reeve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website said appointment wasn't necessary. Woman at location said they were closed to walk-ins and refused me the test, told me I had to understand that they were "overwhelmed by demand." I was literally the ONLY person there.
O	Ocean Knappett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says "no appointment necessary" tried calling over half a dozen times to confirm this before using the gas I can't afford to get down there only for no one to answer. And then I do finally drive down there only for there to be a small sign stating "appointment only". And their website is incredibly unhelpful. I understand things are busy for them, but having wrong information posted and no way for people to confirm anything before they leave only causes more problems.
J	Jada Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been tested there a few times with no issues. BUT the last time they gave me 2 INCOMPLETE RAPID TEST KITS (missing test tube, test tube rack, and sterile swab). I call the hospital to kindly let the know they are handing out incomplete test kits and they tell me to call Fraser Health; in the end, they both just point the finger at each other. I call the site and nobody is answering the phone. I wonder how many people like me, pick a test up, drive home, to find out the kit is incomplete. Very frustrating.
