J	Japji Bhangu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding clinic! Really great staff, everyone I spoke to attended to my concerns. I’m new to the city and had an urgent health issue. They arranged an appointment over the phone within a couple hours and sent my prescription to the pharmacy right away. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I strongly recommend this clinic if you’re in Chilliwack area. Thank you everyone at Horizon Access, you’ve made this such an easy process for me :)

I strongly discourage all of you not to reach out to this clinic. The staff was so rude, i had an emergency and can't show up on my the schedule. I gave them a call 3 hour prior and said they will have to charge me 50$ for that because thr lady is a professional and she blockd 45 mins for me so i have to pay them 50$. Very inconsiderate the ways she talked to me is soo rude. You should not be working in that clinic with that kind of attitude. Patients are already dealing with problems and youre just adding to it. Unfortunately i wasnt able to get her name. This clinic shoul hire somebody else
S	Shay T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give 0 stars, such an awful experience, my baby was turned away from care because he has a cough and told he needs to have a Covid test to enter just because of him cough. He’s only two. The receptionist was awful and had no compassion, when I first asked about the wait she told me it depended what it was about because they were going on lunch as if some patients aren’t important. Truly an unprofessional awful place.
C	Claudine Arce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very nice and polite. I waited for 2 hours but they were very friendly and kind. The problem was the doctor . He was very rude and cold. He barely examine me and wanted to give me cortisone and when I explained I couldn't take cortisone, he reacted in a rude way and told me that there was nothing he could do for me but his attitude was cold and rude. I felt frustrated. If he didn't know what to do, I'm ok with that but his proud attitude was very discouraging.

The reception asked the typical questions but right when I said it was for a child and a cough she said they are already back up and not taking walk-ins. Like really? Why are you open? How could you deny a child medical care. She told me to call our family doctor but he is another town and a good couple weeks wait to get in. This is why we are supposed to have WALK IN CLINICS.
T	Theresa Gebbinck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thoroughly disgusted at what occurred in this clinic today. A young lady came in obviously in pain. She was treated rudely by the staff at the desk. The conversation was heard by all. Her work sent her in as she had hurt her shoulder and needed to be checked out. They didn't accept her work medical and then proceeded to make fun of her for not having the money to give them for the appointment. They mocked her for not being able to take the prescription for pain medication because she couldn't afford to pay for it. Commenting you poor thing being so broke. What kind of professional does that and loud enough for everyone to hear. To those on shift today you should be ashamed of yourselves. So unprofessional, had you worked for me you would have been fired on the spot! Do Better!
