★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place in the world as far as "customer service". No one there ever greets me, they're always on their phones, it's BRUTAL!!! They do lousy embroidery work too. Fine folks of Saskatoon, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's okay, although they don't seem to have a very good selection of caps that don't play to anyone isn't a teenage gang member and far too many flat-brimmed caps.
They should either start bringing in a broader selection of teams or get a bigger location in order to cater to both normal people and gang members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Glad to see the old manager is gone. That short man fit the little man syndrome and would find any excuse to not do work and I've seen him yell at his employees when other customers were in the store. I remember the couple times I came in he would be on his phone and pester employees muttering under his breath insults at them. Since he's been gone the store has become a much better place and they do a great job on some custom hats for my team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in Saturday morning to get a hat and the lady working there was sitting down eating and did not even look up to greet me or see if I needed help. It was just after they opened at 10. Will not go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this location was absolutely ridiculous. No one greeted us, all the staff were just chatting and laughing and on their phones. We waited at the till for about 2 long solid minutes while a staff was there, but finished texting before she looked up and noticed us. It was also just an uncomfortable environment as another staff was being rude to a customer who came in and was asking about a product being in stock, and the staff said they had called the customer to let them know the item was in stock but they didn’t answer & the customer said they hadn’t seen any messages & she was saying she called them but “didn’t like to leave messages” in a really unprofessional tone and it gave me so much secondhand embarrassment I immediately wanted to leave. I won’t go back this place.
