★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way less busy than the other places, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Wish I had been able to have a bit more say in the photo I was required to take, but ultimately the experience was extremely positive. Would definitely recommend this spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time they’ve told me I didn’t have the right paperwork, and the second time I went somewhere else and got the registration done with the same paperwork. It’s also the second time I was treated like I’m in kindergarten. There won’t be a third time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, much faster than the other offices in Medicine Hat. The inside is very clean and comfortable. Parking outside is a little limited but there is street parking as well. This place is wheelchair accessible as well.

Probably one of the faster places to go. Even if there is a lineup, it rarely takes long to get your affairs handled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy when I found this place a few years ago… friendly staff, debit for payment, efficient service. My wife and I recently redid our registrations on different days… but sadly, our experiences were the same. Curt staff for me, rude staff for her, no debit(ATM machine with fee for service now)… and not very efficient at processing a 3 person lineup(although it’s hard to be efficient when EVERYONE has to stop in the middle of their transaction and go take out cash from the machine). Anyway, it’s patently obvious that this branch is being run the same way 13th Ave has been for years… you wouldn’t need the “don’t swear at our staff” signs so badly if a little customer service skills were applied.
