★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me for two hours of work ($98.50) when it's supposed to only take them 15 min tops to do it. On they're sign it says $50, so I learned my lesson and will always do it my self. I do not recommend going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service.... it took the lady at the front desk 10 mins to frantically search for my file (that was found by another person in the box beside the desk). Then when I was reviewing the "final" documents my name was spelt wrong in two different spots. I loose confidence in accounting if staff cant spell properly. Will not be spending my money here!

My address was incorrectly entered at the cra website, I had to correct liberty's mistake which meant I was on the telephone trying to connect w cra, after 17x of calling cra I finally got through only to wait 14 minutes. If you can"t spell correctly on a computer or you're computer illiterate, you shouldn't be doing tax returns. Stay away from this business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the service for 3 years, last year found out that I missed to file a paper and I had to pay a lot of money back to revenue Canada. I requested their service instead of going it myself to not miss a thing. I went back to the Liberty tax office and told them what have happened and they said its my responsibility to provide complete documents. Really disappointed! I really expected them to make sure I had all the documents I required...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my file for reassement to see if I had filed my taxes correctly. After almost a year of keeping my files with them, they said that everything is right. On April 8th CRA reassessed my file and asked for 677 bucks back. So I think I am not going with these guys again. I gave an extra star just because they didn't charge me to keep my files there for a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to do ur taxes, came here for a couple years now and had them once send my taxes to the wrong address the one year, un happy. Wont be coming back next year just go to a place that isn’t this unorganized
