Fast forward to weeks and my return still isnt filed and they have no idea when they will be doing that. In their words hopefully sometime. Terrible service and they dont back up what they say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came highly recommended to us and have been great up until now. There's a new girl behind the reception desk who just simply can't do what she says she is going to - We are now awaiting 2 phone calls from them, one of which is almost 2 weeks old. I was also given an immediate answer when checking on my return - No paperwork was checked or moved, the response was immediate, leading me to believe I have been fobbed off - Taxes have been in almost 2 months now and it is a straight forward and simple T4 entry with no extras - 2 months people, REALLY!!!!!
