I must say that my first impression wasn't very good because her replies weren't in line with my expectations with pricing. She did not budge and the property was sold within a few days after hitting the market. I knew it then that if I ever decide to sell a house I absolutely need Charmaine on my team. This was three years ago 2019.
In 2022 I had a tough decision to make with a job offer, this involved selling my property and moving across the country, I reached out to Charmaine and asked her opinion, she sent me a rough estimate of what she taught the house would sell for, I'm not joking! she made it happen on the 5 th day of my listing being live.
