โ โ โ โ โ Jerry is the worst agent I have ever come across. He put in a ridiculous offer not once but 4 times after my agent told him not to waste his or my time. He Is obviously not my agent nor should he be an agent at all in my opinion. STAY AWAY!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ My wife and I recently purchased a home with the great help of Paul and Jerry.
They were very easy to work with and very flexible to work with the hours we were available to view potential homes. We dealt mostly with Paul and he was available to answer questions via text/calls/emails very promptly, and when Paul was not avaiable Jerry was there to assist us.
They worked with us over the course of a couple months, through multiple offers and found us the house that we wanted! When it came to moving day they even had a trailer that they made avaiable to us!
If we ever need the assistance of another realtor we'll be sure to call Paul and Jerry again!

โ โ โ โ โ After being recommended multiple agents from friends and family we decided to go with Paul Chavady since he recently helped our siblings purchase their home the month prior. Our experience with Paul was amazing, he was available anytime and any day of the week for questions and showings, we viewed multiple homes together and for such a young age he has impeccable knowledge on building history, what to look out for, easy fixes and what's a fair price. He found us our forever home on a Sunday evening and we even went back to the office afterwards to get the paperwork done so that it wouldn't slip through our fingers! He even saved us $3,000 after we had our home inspection done with renegotiation's with the seller! His company has an enclosed trailer that we used for moving (Free of Charge!) and he contacted us 2 weeks after we got the keys just to see how things were going. Needless to say, we would highly recommend Paul as a realtor, he works incredibly hard for you as the buyer and he went above and beyond our expectations to get us our forever home, thanks Paul!

They have always gone out of their way to make time for us and provide helpful suggestions. Their use of 3D scanning and drone photography was really great!

โ โ โ โ โ Paul recently helped us buy our first house, and we would definitely recommend Paul and Jerry to anyone! He was always able to work with our schedules and provided great advice on all the options without ever pushing us. He listened to our needs and is a strong believer in not buying more house than you can afford-- no "upselling" here! He had great recommendations for the other professionals involved in the process too-- we were particularly happy with the home inspector he pointed us at, who discovered an issue with the first house we put an offer on that could have cost us ~20K. We also appreciated his negotiating acumen! We are now in a solid house in a great location well within our budget with minimal hassle and can't think of anything that could have been improved!
