★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would highly recommend Connie as a realtor she helped us sell our first home. She was very knowledgable about the market and helped us every step of the way. Connie is also very easy to talk to and was quick to answer questions and help get our house listed and sold. She did a great job with listing our home and attracting many possible buyers. We had about 24 showing in 30 days which showed her hard work gave us the highest visibility to potential home buyers. I would definitely recommend Connie she is awesome.

From the purchase side, Connie first helped my son buy a condo that was the perfect fit. Just recently, Connie sold my house in a very difficult market for the price we had previously agreed on, and made that sale in record time. And finally, with my even having moved to a new city where Connie and I are no longer in a contract, she continued to help me navigate, answered my endless questions, and even provided me with a legal referral that has proven to be seamless.
On the business side, Connie’s marketing strategy encompassed all forms of media, electronic through print, as she spared no expense. She as well utilized the skills of a professional photographer, so my home could not have been shown in a better light.
Connie’s selling approach as well included gathering and analyzing feedback, which led to her suggesting I reconfigure a single room. Once done, the house sold within a few weeks.
The main takeaway here is that all of Connie's clients get full service no matter how small or large the price tag. Selling a house from the owner's side is a full time job and sellers have the responsibility of keeping their homes clean and picked up, but when you combine your responsibility with Connie's selling power, you can't help but win.
Clearly, Connie Grant knows how to navigate both aspects of the real estate market, and I am certain we could never have been as successful without her help. Connie’s business acumen, commitment to clients, communication skills and attention to detail put her well above the rest, and without hesitation I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

When we were planning our move to Lethbridge we read reviews and Facebook posts to choose a realtor.
Connie was clearly the perfect choice.
She is professional and very knowledgeable.
She listened and "heard" what we needed.
She always responded to our texts promptly and answered each of our questions.
When I was ready to panic she calmly mitigated any issues we had.
I don't know how she lined up house showings so quickly and smoothly.
I know Connie is extremely busy but she always gave us the time we needed.
She definitely helped to lower our moving stress levels.
We actually enjoyed the process.

Our home sold very quickly: Connie reassured us she could find a new home, suitable to our needs. She was available on short notice to view new listings at times convenient to us; helped us navigate showings with two small children and definitely did not let us settle for less than a great home!
