I have never written a bad review as I feel that the good needs to be shared moreso than the bad, however I am astounded at the complete and total lack of professionalism and even simple courtesy and communication from this company. From the agent not showing up to the viewing, to the complete lack of contact with ANYONE from this company, it is very suspicious and definitely alarming. We applied for a property, with an entire month’s rent as the required fee (alarming in itself). We then chose to withdraw our application and thus get our full application fee back, but have been met with complete silence and zero communication. Multiple phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages have gone unanswered. This is completely unacceptable and alarming. Take some time to read the reviews before dealing with this company. Learn from other’s experiences.

Over the past year, Braemore has really worked to improve the overall experience for both their owners, and their tenants and other clients. Improved systems and process for maintenance, rent payments, communication, technology, and more. Property Management is an extremely challenging industry, and the team works to ensure fair results for all parties involved.

Working with Chris and the team at Braemore has been nothing short of amazing. Chris has an amazing knowledge of the Lethbridge market, but also has experience as an investor which was also extremely important. The fact that he's a realtor and a great property manager make him Clark Kent in my books! You're missing out if you go with anyone else!

The whole team is awesome. Braemore Management has been taking care of the building I work in for awhile now and I've never had any issues with them. I have had a few issues unrelated to them and everytime Kayleigh and Dan resolve my issues faster than I could hope. They are really friendly and pleasant to speak with. The maintenance guy is fast and funny too.

Twice scheduled appointment to see apartment. It's auto book. Twice the views were cancelled because we did not respond within 30 minutes to an auto generated email to confirm viewing. It auto cancelled both viewings. What a waste of time. Hello are you listening BM we are not glued to our phone. We can't all respond within 30 minutes to an email that we don't know we are going to get, or when we are going to get. My impression is that there is a serious problem with this company.

They don’t deserve one star. If I could give a negative score, I would. Horrible, horrible management. You can never reach the property manager Chris by phone or email. He never returned calls and maintained zero communication. The only time we had any communication with him was during the move out inspection, and during that time he acted as if we were not good enough to talk with him. I am not sure whether he acts this way with everyone, or because we are not white. While you can reach Erika, she just diverts and says she will get back later, but never does. And these are the best things I have to say about their service. The water supply got contaminated and they dragged their foot for 4 months to fix it. We didn't have safe drinking water during that time. Finally, they directly told that they won't fix it right away. If any other unit had a problem in their water supply then they would think about it. Then when I complained to government authorities, they shamelessly lied and said it was a miscommunication and then fixed it. The floor from the entrance and the living room is a wooden floor, which was warped and bloated when we moved in, and then collapsed and some planks used to stick out few months later. That never got fixed. No one even replied to that despite requests to fix it, even though it was a tripping hazard for us. During the move-out inspection, they didn't show us the inspection report and asked us to sign it and told us that's how it is and they will send the report later. Being an immigrant, we bought their lies and signed it. Later, when we got the report, there were issues that were not true. When we emailed about it, no reply. We were also charged for moving our personal possessions even though we didn't leave anything behind. When we asked about this, again no communication from Chris. When we got a hold of Erika, she said she would look into it and then after multiple calls and then emails, she finally replied the day later and said it was a miscommunication on their part and reduced the amount from 330 to 96. No apologies, nothing. So, always be careful when they charge you for anything and be very aware of your rights.

Since moving to my new house three years ago, I have had nothing but issues with Braemore Management. First two years ago I woke up to a male on a ladder outside my bedroom window as I was sleeping. No one from Braemore informed me that someone would be going on my roof, let alone see me sleeping through my second level window. Secondly I asked for over a year for my front door to get painted, and after constant emails I heard nothing but excuses. Thirdly my trucked leaked oil on MY OWN driveway. I had plans to buy a pressure washer to clean my driveway later this month. I also just got a letter in the mail saying that my truck was leaking in the visitor parking stalls. Kinda hard for my truck to leak there when it is never parked in the visitor spot. I just received a fine for $200 for the leak that was beyond my control, as I went to the mechanics to get it fixed right away. I know many friends who have rented/owned with Braemore and have had nothing but issues with Braemore.
