Unprofessional management: they tend to act as they don't hear you very well over the phone Nd cut the line .Even when they answer they don't connect you to the responsible person to solve your problem. They ask you to contact them via email but they don't answer their emails . The only way to get you answer is to create a fight with them . Save you effort , time and business by avoiding to deal with them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is responsible for the janitorial work of the building in which I live. They do not hold their employees accountable and this building, which they manage, is not clean. Grass grew to 2 feet this summer. When complaints were sent, I was advised to speak to the janitor who has been rude and aggressive in the past. This behavior was not acknowledged by the company. After trying to work with the company to solve these problems, it became apparent they are not interested in doing this. Sorely disappointed. Shocked at how little they care.

not even the owner Marc Laplante replies to an email he just accepts your condo fees payments and doesn't care about the rest.
very unprofessional company
So after this review Marc Plante sent me a message gave me some sad story that he had never received my message so I sent the message all over again by some miracle he got it, note same email as the first time. We talked on the
He told me that he would take care of it personally told me to email support which I did and they did answer me back asking me for pictures which I sent, them I got an other email that someone would contact me back. Well one month later they never contacted me, not surprised this company never contacts you back lol unless you write a review but later forget about you. So my original review stands as it was written worst company ever. Oh by the way Marc plante was suppose to call me back the next day and never did. I had to call him back, which he told me he was in a meeting and that he would call me back, surprise he did call me back at 9:30pm but I was already in bed, and it would not have made a difference if I spoke to him because nothing is ever taken care off they just want your money every month and that’s about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner claims to pride himself on customer service yet they never answer emails or calls. Clearly state that smaller condo associations deserve less of their time. What they fail to understand is every client deserves the best service no matter the size. Very flawed logic and business model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was promised the cement stairs at our condo building would be fixed last summer, president told my husband in the park for sure this summer 21 ; then last fall I sent photos & letter to this company, then someone from this office phoned and say they have contract to fix early this spring soon as weather good cause last fall was too cold... Have sent many emails to Marc Plante with no response by phone or email this is very dangerous and a miracle no one got seriously hurt last winter, and a disgrace they cash cheques every month for condo fees but do as little as possible outside which is their responsibility!! And this is very, very dangerous.... What is going on.. This needs fixed NOW !!! Disgrace
