★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company dosent manage anything other then collecting rent, if you have issue with your apartment and things to fix you can forget about them, they will say talk to the landlord and the landlord says talk to "Gestion" 360. I do not recommend this company , next time i will look for a new apartment and see its run by them ill go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a property owner, I received good service from GV360 and they are set-up to do things very professionally. They did a good job renting out my units and increasing the rent revenue. The only area where I was slightly diappointed at times was regarding building maintenance and the billing of the work that was done. But overall I was satisfied with GV360!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this company zero stars I would. Speaking as a former tenant of 7 months (ended the term early):
- When I moved in, there were many items still unfinished and the place was not cleaned after construction. When I asked for the items to be finished, they didn't respond to my email, they just sent someone without even telling me!
- My point of contact with the company NEVER picked up the phone, even in emergencies. They have a new ticketing system now that will hopefully resolve this issue.
- They withdrew more than $1000 from my account by "accident". They said they would consult their financial department about what happened but to this day, I have not gotten an answer about this problem. Had to call my bank to have it canceled.
- After I transferred my lease, they continued to withdraw rent from my account for 1 month! Once again, had to call my bank to have it canceled.
- I had a broken heater in winter for 2 months and tried to schedule a technician to fix it... it still was not fixed when I moved out
- This company has been extremely unhelpful in resolving issues and put me through a lot of stress. Would not recommend.
I am confused by how many five star reviews are on here and would not trust them. As tenants, avoid this company!
