★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté un comptoir de cuisine en quartz pensant faire une bonne faire.
Cette expérience client s'est avérée l'une des pires que je n'ai jamais eue.
Très mauvaise installation, de l'eau coulait entre le comptoir et l'évier et le gars refusait de répondre à mes appels et ne communiquait qu'avec des textos me disant d'aller chercher du silicone et faire les réparations moi même.
Cela fait trois mois qu'il a promis de m'envoyer ma facture par courriel et je l'ai relancé quatre fois sans succès.
Je vous le déconseille fortement.
I bought a quartz kitchen counter thinking I was doing a good job.
This customer experience was one of the worst I have ever had.
Very poor installation, water was running between the counter and the sink and the guy refused to answer my calls and only communicated with texts telling me to go get silicone and do the repairs myself.
It has been three months since he promised to email me my invoice and I re-launched him four times without success.
I strongly advise against it.
