I highly recommend this company. They were always curtious and professional with us. They have good contacts and made us save a lot of money on our building insurance. Serious issues also had to be addressed and they were able to come up with solutions in a timely and cost efficient manner. We wouldn't have been able to accomplish all this work without their friendly support and their wisdom.

I had a couple of question regarding my condos payables, I called an left a voice message. My call was returned shortly the same day by Maria in accounts payable and she assisted me in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I am looking forward to continue doing business with them.

- Their communication quality has considerably improved in the last couple of months, despite the Covid situation. - Pofessionalism is there, no doubt. - Highly valuable in terms of building management and service counselling (legal, building service, regulations, etc). They keep you up to date with the latest condo regulations in Quebec that may affect your building, so you can proactively prioritize your budget allocations and other services. - There is for sure still room for improvement with respect to the or the response time. The business is slowly growing, so it may just need a couple of months or years to get there.

As a co-owner of 5077 Rue Paré, I cannot express enough level of disappointment after our condo manager was changed to Pamela Rojas and how she is handling my concerns. Condo Stratrgis charged us for a non-existing supervisor service - they asked for separately $140 when my partner and I moved in and when my tenants moved out. Not only that the said supervisor never showed up, Pamela informed us that there is nothing she can do because the money is already transferred to this third-party moving supervision company. Besides, the lack of communication is just shocking. She never replied to any of our emails or phone calls. When I finally had a hold onto her, she explained that she is too occupied. I only remember that our previous condo manager Francois did not have this problem at all. To be entirely honest, at this point, I am not very sure why we are having this particular condo manager and start to doubt the service quality of Condo Stragegis can provide.

I live at 5077 rue Paré, building managed by condo strategis. I've been there 3 years almost 4 now and the management team has changed as much as I've lived there. Extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism from the managers. They are charging me $100 for leaving some winter tires in my garage spot (which I pay for) for a couple of days while I was selling them since I changed cars. I tried to explain the situation to madame Pamela Rojas but there is no reasoning with her its her way or the highway. There are two cars parked next to me which had been leaking oil for the past 3 months and nothing gets done. That's an environmental disaster and she doesn't seem to care but she cares about things being left on a private parking spot for 24 hours!

Unbelievably slow to act on any sort of request. I’m a tenant at 1927 Rue Alexandre-DeSève and my landlord has been asking them to change the name on the door buzzer since August! It’s November as she’s made the request three times now. My landlord also asked them to change my email on their mailing list, so she doesn’t have to keep forward me updates about the building, and still three months later, still nothing, despite promises to the contrary. Shame, because the building otherwise seems very well maintained and spotless.
