Watch out! This company is not reliable. Not to mention others, they even don’t recognize checks that have already been deposited/cashed/entered in their account. And they complicate simple things. They play tricks, God know for what reason. They are not creditable and trustful at all! If you want a miserable life, go with this company!!
When things happen, where are your boss and the service?!
Patron, où êtes-vous quand il y a des problèmes? Vous savez pas que votre personnel n’est pas capable de faire le plus simple des choses? Il est un de vos proches? Comment vous avez eu tous ces 5 étoiles? Par vos proches ou par vous-même ou par l'argent?
Boss, where are you when there are problems? Don’t you know your staff even can’t do the very simple things? He is one of your relatives? How have you gathered all these five stars? By your relatives or by yourself or buy money?
Never never have confidence in this company!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tenant, this is the absolute worst experience we've ever had. Our landlord had hired this agency to deal with their tenants. Bottom line, we've only had contact with Ludovic, the "director", and everything has been difficult. He doesn't take care of urgent issues like calling an exterminator when there's a rat running around the apartment, and he doesn't bother showing up or sending someone to take care of visits for future tenants. He has an unprofessional "laisse-faire" attitude and does the minimum work possible. (we should have known when he forgot our own visit of this apartment). I don't know how much our landlords are paying them, but I can guarantee you: it's too much. Good luck if you have to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unhappy. They charged us to move in and out of the building. I think the total was around $250… this was for a security person to help watch out things and supply a moving cart. What a joke that was. Not only was our stuff not watched. When I left for the new house and asked that they remain there with the cart they so we can finish when I got back they said okay, yet when I got back they were not around and I couldn’t get back into the loading bay they said was the only place I was allowed to park the truck. We moved on Saturday the 12th all of the big stuff since they said it has to be done on the same day in 4 hours. So we did that. And we came back on the 14th to grab the small stuff left behind since we have a lease until the end of the month. A signed lease for the unit and Yet they decided to deactivate our keys??!?. Locking in the rest of my belongings and bikes down in the lockers. The most awful moving in and out experience I’ve ever had with a company.
