★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pire agence possible. Aucune réponse à nos simples questions. Des frais de gestion exorbitant et pourtant aucun service, aucun suivis de gestion, aucun suivis avec les fournisseurs. Des réponses à la limite de la méprisance. Allez ailleurs ou gérez-vous vous-même vous en serez que mieux.
 The worst agency possible. No answer to our simple questions. Exorbitant management fees and yet no service, no management follow-ups, no follow-ups with suppliers. Responses bordering on contempt. Go elsewhere or manage yourself you will be better off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestionnaire de condos peu serviable, des frais de gestion faramineux pour les petites 16 unités comme la nôtre, plus peu d empathie pour les problèmes de changement des administrateurs qui nous ou causer des frais d avocat. Je ne recommande pas cette firme.
Unhelpful condo manager, staggering management fees for small 16 units like ours, plus little empathy for manager change issues that cause us or lawyer fees. I do not recommend this firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme indiqué par les autres review, la pire agence possible. Pas transparent, ne repond pas aux questions, vraiment pas honete. Des frais beaucoup trop cher pour 16 unites. La seule affaire qu'ils font cest d'envoyer les lettres pour demander paiement. Quand nous on veut des clarifications, ils peuvent "pas capable de vous contacter" ou "envoyé par courriel" (qui nest pas toujours vrai)
Mefiez vous a tout prix.
This is THE worst company you can encounter. NOT transparent. NOT responsive. NOT honest. Charges an arm and a leg. They keep sending letters to remind of payment. When asking for clarification, they either "Could not contact you" or "sent the info by email" (which is not always true)
BEWARE AT ALL COST
As indicated by the other reviews, the worst possible agency. Not transparent, do not answer questions, really not honest. Far too expensive fees for 16 units. The only business they do is send the letters asking for payment. When we want clarification, they may "not able to contact you" or "emailed" (which is not always true)
Be careful at all costs.

Il font peu de suivie et donne un mauvais service, ils ne réponde pratiquement jamais aux question et quand c'est le cas, c'est fait sur un ton méprisant et arrogant. Il charge très chère. La seul chose ou tu as du service est lorsqu'il est le temps de payer. Sinon silence radio de leur part, il se prenne pour les maitres dans votre syndicat et dirige en despote, lorsque c'est le temps d'avoirs besoin d'aide ou d'informations, il disparaissent. JE ne vous conseil pas,
