Asked them to remove a number and add another from my intercom's calling list. Had to email two different people over the course of over a month and the issue still hasn't been solved. They always say that it's been solved, but no changes have been made. Their last reply was over two weeks ago and they've stopped replying to my emails.

This Is the worst if not the worstest Property Management company , My building the 1000 Rue Ottawa have never dealt with. I have got a water damage since the 5th of november and up to Today Still waiting and my insurance company are still waiting for a call back from them. I Even spoke with the only person who answered his phone at Teracon 2 weeks ago and till today he never answered me back neither my email nor my phone call. My tenant doesnt even wanna live in my condo anymore . HORRIBLY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT RETURN PERSONAL CALLS. THEY KEEP RISING THE CONDO FEES WE DONT SEE ANY CHANGE IN THE BUILDING. UNPROFESSIINAL. Lowney 1 1000 rue Ottawa We Should get a new Property Management ...

If I could give them 0 I would have. I own a condo in a large complex they "manage" and they have been unreachable, unprofessional, and above all RIDICULOUS in their management of problems. Basic logic and foresight in an enviorment they are suppose to be "experts" in is lacking. Very rarely do I feel compelled to leave a negative review on anything but others need to be warned. I have sold my condo and will be moving out soon, but not soon enough. Teracon's "managment" is one of the main reasons we are moving. I have had a laundry list of issues with them as have many others in my building. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Full review in screenshot below. The previous part of this thread is posted below. After a month Teracon has responded to my review and I have to place to respond to the ridiculous review but to post another. The Facebook message was replied to quickly, true. This was after OVER A YEAR of emails and conversations back and forth with NOTHING being done and us having to wait weeks for replies. I see you have only chosen to state the 1 time we got a "quick response". I would also like to highlight that this response was because I messages on Facebook asking for your complaint department because I was sick and tired of getting the run around from your company and the response "Its not my job". It was urgent because we were selling, finally, at didnt want to deal with Teracon anymore. For those reading this, here was the problem. and details of what happened. Our AC broke... again. As it has every single year since we moved in and we are the original buyers of the condo. Every year we would get a different reason, some patch put on it, and it would limp through the summer. Surprise surprise, the year our warranty is not longer valid they say its a big issue and the unit needs to be replaced. Fine. Then we are told that when the condo was built they used a wiring that is no longer compatible with any AC machines being manufactured. The wiring would need to be changed. We lived on the 2nd floor, the wiring would have to be passed through the unit below us to get to the compressor in the basement. Great part about this, Teracon knew of the wiring issue for at least a year and MADE NO EFFORT TO MAKE A PLAN OR EVEN INFORM ALL OF THE TENANTS OF THE PROBLEM. This issue will eventually effect every single unit in the building. at the moment, their management of the problem is *shrug, it is what it is*. If your reading this an thinking, but no, this cant be right, it is. Let me paint a picture; - This week 214 needs a replacement so they rip up 214 and 114 and patch it up. - Then next month 514 needs replacing, so they rip open 514, 414, 314, AND 214 AND 114 again and replace the wiring. - The next summer 814 goes out, so 814, 714, 614 AND 514, 414, 314, 214, 114 need to be ripped open again. All the ripping open and repairs need to be covered by the unit being repaired. And the people on the lower levels will have their walls ripped out over and over and over again. Fun right? |It should also be noted that until this day, most people who live in the building are completely unaware of the problem. No steps have been taken to inform them, no solutions have been presented to vote on. Just swept under the rug. Logic would say there is a better solution right? And with all the "expertise" Teracon claims to have they should be smart enough to find a solution right? In fact, it would be in the building best intrest from both financially and quality of life purposes to tackle the problem head on. Nope. Additional fun fact after hounding Teracon to get their ducks in a row to do the repairs and them claiming that everything was in order we find out that the "experts" forgot that the walls being ripped out need to be repaired after and didn't hire anyone to do it. 48 hours prior to the replacement we were told, contrary to what we were told previously, it is now our job to find someone to fix the walls. I called around, got quotes, but no one was available on short notice. In the end, one of there employees found someone. Here is when it gets even more interesting and will show you how shady Teracon is. Teracon security guards and the company Lacoste, who put in the original units went about cutting the walls and doing the installation. THEY CUT A HUGE HOLE IN THE WRONG PLACE. Again, logic would say, before cutting look at schematics, before cutting a huge hole (6 by 2 or 3 feet) cut a small one and look in if youre not sure. NOPE. These experts just cut away. Now I know what your thinking... they screwed up, they made the extra unnecessary hole, Surely I wouldnt be expected to pay for their mistake. WRONG.

Great service! Don't know why some negative reviews, company has been managing my building for 5 years and they are great! Very responsive and professional. However they do enforce the rules of the building, and sometimes not to the liking of certain individuals, especially the rule breakers! Would definitely recommend! Great staff!

Where to begin? Years ago I moved to Rouge (just to show you how long I've been in rouge I've been since the first building was around of their complex) and people here are not clean or caring (for the most part) so naturally they destroyed the furniture in the lobby and made it dirty. I expected them to get on and fix these issues seeing as they are a management company. I remember I called them and being transferred from one call to the other until I was supposed to talk to a woman who was in charge of management in the Rouge buildings, and guess what? She never got on the other end of the line and I waited for ages on hold. I left a voicemail for her and she never even replied. Fast forward about to about a year ago and I email Terracon because now I had several complaints including: the steps that cracked they never fixed, the furniture still wasn't cleaned or fixed, gym needed some improvement, pool maintenance doesn't clean so well and I could go on and on... Guess what, they didn't answer me AGAIN! And I wrote one last time and still no reply. You guys really need to get your act together and really really improve customer service. Some people pay millions (not saying i do fyi) to live here and you dont even care enough to answer people. Super rude and unprofessional. Update: they did change the furniture in the lobby and they remade the cracked steps but still no answers!

Rude and Unethical. Very poor tenant data base management. I have been living in Rouge for nearly 4 years and they never updated my email into notifications. - Rude and unprofessional back office staff.(They hungup when you ask questions on phone, email replies are rarity though) - Never answers to emails for the invoices they send (This is without the work that is not been done in the condo) and in return they threat by sending legal notices. - Property Manager is moody, I wish he could put some smile on the face. List goes on and on .. Definitely not a company i would suggest.

I am one of Teracon's earliest clients. Our condo association was rudderless, dysfunctional and its finances disastrous. Tony and his team, in concert with a revamped and results-driven board, designed a roadmap, installed a structure and executed their vision with both integrity and accountability. 442 Saint Gabriel is finally a thriving and cohesive organization with a meaningful surplus in its contingency fund. A special thanks to the current board, property manager Joseph, but especially Tony Giancola at Gestion Teracon Immobilière. More than happy to recommend.
