Ils exigent des frais de 15% de lors du retour de marchandise en te disant avec dégoût comme si tu avais la lèpre "tes biens chanceux qu'on ne te charge pas 35%".
Nulle mention n'est faite de la politique de retour lors de l'achat, l'information est disponible après coup lorsque tu reçois la facture.
Bad after-sales service.
They charge a 15% return fee, telling you with disgust as if you have leprosy "your lucky goods we don't charge you 35%".
No mention is made of the return policy at the time of purchase, the information is available after the fact when you receive the invoice.
