★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the senior lash tech was really sweet but the lashes looked like wire. they weren't really what I asked for and the tape was basically stabbing my eyes and my eyes were bloodshot red after.... It just didnt work out for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to go with a classic full set, done by one of their apprentices (her name is Diane) as it was offered at a discounted price. Lash extensions are expensive, so I thought this would be a good way to try it out for the first time. She was very professional, knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get pampered. Being that this was my first time, I was extremely nervous because I didn't know what to expect. But she was super gentle, understanding and accomodating that it made me feel very comfortable. I'm so happy with the results and the technician made the experience even greater. Best of luck to you D and to the salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lash Venue is my favorite place to get my lashes done! I usually just go to any junior technician that is available. People may think “junior” technicians do not do good work, but they actually do amazing work! It’s a bonus too with the low price they charge to get your lashes done by them.
The customer service here is top notch. They always get back to me as soon as they can, especially on the days that they do not have a receptionist working. IMO the easiest way to contact them is by text message. The technicians and the receptionist are all very welcoming and sweet. They are always so happy that whenever I come in I’m immediately in a good mood, even if I’m having a bad day. It’s nice to be in an environment with positive and non-catty ladies. I always leave with a beautiful set of lash extensions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice, both times with different technicians, and both times I have been happy with the lashes I received. The girls took the time to ask me what my preferences are, and decide what works best for me. The atmosphere is really great- the beds are really comfy and you get a fluffy blanket too! Extra stars for the 90’s slow jams they play... makes my visit extra awesome. Mich especially did a great job, and I plan to be a repeat customer.

The retention is amazing, the quality is solid, and I always get compliments on my lashes from friends, families, and random people I don’t know. She is organized, always ready and on time, friendly, and so easy to talk to. The studio itself is bright and clean. All the staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and it was great! Lisa V. advised me on what lash style to get based on my eye shape, the fineness of my lashes, and my desire for it to look natural. It was very informative and it's easy to tell that she knows what she's talking about. I thought the appointment would take over 2.5 hours because that's what the booking said but she finished in about 1.5. It looks just the way I wanted and I'm a fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular here and never been disappointed. It's such a comfortable, chill, positive atmosphere. All the technicians here are SPECTACULAR. You know that they truly care about their clients and the quality of lash work they provide. Walking in right off the bat, you know that all the technicians have such a positive attitude, always laughing and having good conversations with their coworkers and their clients. If you want to have a lash nap, you can do that as well. But I've gotten to know all the technicians since I just go to whoever, I know they all do AMAZING work, whether they are junior or senior. I have never been disappointed. All the technicians are so easy going, so I never feel awkward or uncomfortable with them. I've never been at a lash salon that I've loved as much as Lash Venue.
