J	Jenny Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with high expectations since the reviews were so good and I live in the area but my haircut came out horrendous. Showed her a photo of the length I wanted and ended with an extremely short haircut. I’d be fine with it if it were even but unfortunately it was done too fast (under 15 mins basically) resulting in uneven lengths across my head. One side is noticeably longer than the other and there’s small strands that are questionable lengths. While cutting my hair she was also taking phone calls which I found unprofessional as I’m guessing it led to my uneven haircut. Prices are cheap, but you pay what you get!

The owner said she would call me back because she was busy then she hanged up the phone right away which is extremely rude to her customers. The other time, I asked her if there is any available time on that day; the answer is she was busy; then she hanged up the phone once again. You know, I want hair cut service, and I pay for it. I'm not begging for her service.

And they also don't accept any credit or debit cards. Avoid this place for haircut even if they offer free service.

Helan is fast but very rough with excuses like you have thick hair, and she pull my hair at the time of washing. when she give appointment she is not dedicated to the particular customer. she washed my hair and keeping hold with the wet hair for at least 15 minutes ..and she was doing perm to some other customer and I was feeling so cooled because of that I had headache and because of cold I got pain in my shoulder. she take only case why I don't know why she don’t give bill?and for my shoulder length hair she took $130. when she give appointment and she take money(cash) she should dedicated for that particular customer like other salon. I didn't like the service and the way she do as if she she running after money no customer satisfaction.
