★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do don't buy or rent from these places. & Whatever you do DON'T MOVE YOUR KIDS INTO THIS PLACE. Stoners & drunks everywhere, loud people, dirty people. I only ever smell pot all the time. People leave their beer bottles everywhere & garbage in the elevators. The people they hire for jobs are terrible I could write a novel about how terrible this construction experience has been. Don't waste your money. Go some place else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone down hill, gardens have been tore up, dirty stair wells, the place used to be clean. I do not know what happened. It is Sad. The Condo Owner should take care of the place. My Aunt lives there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place, newly painted underground parking and hallway, replaced carpets in the common use area. The new Condo Board really takes care of the building, owners, and tenants. Easy access to malls (Superstore - 4 min drive, Deerfoot Centre - 5 min drive), quiet building and neighbourhood, lots of green areas around, 7 min to Nose Hill.
