During inspection they couldnt find any problem but Charged $50 cleaning fees .. i said point the areas need to be cleaned and I still have 2 days before ending my lease to clean he said we have to hire someone anyway for cleaning and charged me that
They say the building is secured... I had my bike stolen from the building although it was locked ... and the building manager acted with complete indifference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented from Boardwalk for about 3 years, but in total I've lived 8 years in the Beddington Court Building. I just moved from there this year. The Boardwalk Representative, Yogita Grover is the new Representative for this building. My first real encounter with her was when I handed in my notice to vacate the premises. She was very nice, and a very pleasant person to talk to upon my moveout. She was very understanding and willing to help in any way she possibly could to make my move go smoothly and quickly. She needed my vacated suite for the new
Tenants. They needed a place to live and requested to move in early. Yogita made all the arrangements for my early but final move out with return of Damage Deposit etc. It went very efficiently and quickly. Yogita went above and beyond to help me and did a very good job in making all of this possible. Thank you Yogita for everything you did for me.
