About Grier Place Apartments
I have been a tenant with Gateway Property Management Corporation for just over a year. If I could use one word to describe the team, it would be "Service." Tatiana and her team have been quick to respond to any issues I have reported and did so in a professional and courteous manner. All staff have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the services they provide and appreciate being able to call the office and talk to someone if I ever have any questions and concerns. Thank you all very much for your help so that I can live comfortably and worry free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont rent here. Mice infested, the company doesnt care about their tenants. You send in a request for maintenance and they dont even follow up or fix it. Gross laundry machines. Multiple water shut down days.

and is very quiet around.
I have also few issue:
3 years ago I moved here no pets allowed.
Rolls are change and now pets hair are everywhere
including washer and dryer - disgusting!!!
laundry room should have extra washer only for pets owners.
I am waiting 2 years for maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 Grier place has been a fairly great experience. I love the building and have seen many improvements since i moved in almost 4 years ago. Rent is reasonable and being next to the parks and bike paths is a total bonus.
The building is wood construction so you do hear the neighbours but you don't choose who lives next to you in communal living. Its part of the experience. I do recommend living here as the heat is always working and my place was nice and toasty during the super cold spells.
Water pressure is good and never any scalding problems either.
You may get the occasional rodent as its located to a very open park. Its not an infestation. Mostly the coyote sounds are the coolest part. They eat mice so problem solved. Or get a cat.
All my work requests get done in a pretty timely manor as well. I noticed my valves had leaks in the heaters and within a week the work was done.
Look folks its a decent place with decent staff but dont expect them to change your lightbulbs, thats your part. So do it yourself.
