★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, their wor wonton soup is excellent. Prices are around the same as most Chinese food restaurants when it comes to individual dishes, but their combo meals are an especially good value (you get more food at a better price, and have more options to choose from, than the combos offered by many other Chinese food restaurants).
Edit: There are some bad reviews here from people who didn't get food from Fai's. Next door to Fai's is a take-out pizza joint that a lot of younger people (often in groups) like to patronize. During covid "occupancy maximums", customers of the take-out pizza joint would often block the door to Fai's during their busiest times while waiting outside to order pizza. So the owner of the pizza joint posted signs for their pizza customers not to block the doorway to Fai's. It's apparent that some of the bad reviews for Fai's are from pizza customers who took offense at Fai's for the pizza owner asking them not to block the door of another business. SMH.

I have started recording the order to show them how they miss orders. Might just have to find a more friendly Chinese restaurant near by. There is no way anyone should be paying for prices that include that type of service.
