We want you to have the opportunity to know your neighbours and neighbourhood so we’ve invested in an interactive website that will provide you with access to building forums. We will also be hosting many building events.

It’s a shame to live in a city like Calgary, ranking in the top 10 sunniest cities in Canada, and not have a patio to take advantage of the warmer days and the city and mountain views. Say no more, we’ve created two patios on the second and seventh floor so you can have extra space to call home and to socialize with your neighbours and friends while taking in the sights.

Living in such an accessible community makes it easy to live a car free lifestyle, but sometimes you may need to get on the highway and drive out to the mountain or across town for an appointment which is why we offer underground parking. We also offer out of suite bike storage to keep your suite clutter free and to make that lifestyle choice much easier.

The staff were super attentive and quick to respond on any inquires. Lindsay, Sherwin, and Tatjana all made our life living at Marquee simple and easy going. The complex is well kept and clean, and has multiple fob points making the complex safe and secure. The building is relatively quiet and respectful. The units are well maintained with modern renovations/fixtures, and the units are updated with modern fixtures from time to time. Some great amenities surround the building as well. Go to takeout for us was Savonas Pizza, Namskar, Eastern Fortune, and Peters for a milkshake. All within walking distance. You're fairly close to the Bow River and can access some solid trails for walks/runs. Highly recommend living at Marquee.

Any issues I had the staff would clear up immediately and it was quiet and clean. Very safe and all new. I would highly recommend this building the staff is super. I would move back in a heartbeat.

From setting it up, move in and move out. Tatjana and the team were awesome and very responsive when needing any inquiries to be answered. Location was probably the best since you're very close to downtown and other go-to places (especially the food joints.) Also if you're facing the downtown side of the city, amazing at night! Everything, necessities were either walking distance or very short drives. Not to mention when wanting to visit the lakes and mountains, exiting is super close! Typical apartment up and downs but mostly ups for me. Recommended for sure!

Any time I had an issue or something broke, it was promptly fixed. The cleaning staff do a great and consistent job of keeping the elevators, lobby, and patios tidy. Tatjana and Elizabeth were really responsive, understanding and accommodating of the tenants needs, and were friendly which I appreciated a lot. If you are a respectful and responsible tenant, you will find it easy to have a good experience here.
