I had a few issues with the ring after the fact and they honored their work and fixed the ring at no charge no questions asked. Very professional and great customer service. I will continue to use this jeweler in the future.

Very promptly followed up with me. And when an issue arose they took responsibility and complete initiative to ensure I was %100 happy. I've heard good things about them from others, and now I too can give them my whole hearted recommendation.

I offered to go back and grab it, but the gentleman fixed the watch, gave it right back to me and told me to drop off the money later when I got a chance. I had been quoted $65 for the fix by another place and told that it needed to be sent away. The lovely gentleman fixed it for $20 and it works perfectly. I appreciated the excellent, quick service and trusting me to come back with payment...felt like the good old days!

The lady in here complaining about one of them not wearing a mask 6 months ago needs to go get a life instead of complaining on google reviews.? 10/10 experience

They had my watch for 7 weeks and after coming in 4 times I just asked for it back. I was phoned and told it was in. When I got there it still was not there and still the gasket never arrived. Went back the next day and it was there with a gasket he had taken from a similar watch in the store....... why he didn't do that 6 weeks previous I have no idea. He ended up charging me $85 and put an expensive battery in that I had not even asked for??!!!. I had just put a new battery in!!
