I'll tell you why: I feel apart of the LA Nation Auto family, the moment I walked in (two years ago )even till this day, (today, April 21) I leave with accomplishments, feeling greater then satisfied, I was HEARD about my needs and each need was fulfilled ABOVE & BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. I'm a single mother with three children, as a woman in need and not fsmiliar with the industry, I am a target for money grabs, dishonesty or games. Countless experienced in the past with untrustworthy mechanics, men and companies not valuing me or fulfilling every need with a decently good price or within my budget. HERE IS NOT THE CASE!! I T R U S T and am loyal where the same is returned in relationship. My vehicle was in the RIGHT hands at LA Nation Auto. Thank you thank you for being KIND people and supporting all families in the community. My message will be shared to all I know, because it is hard to find a Virtuous and Attentive Auto shop. Always a friendly smile and no pressure sales tactics. I appreciated the casual approach and have even sent family members over. If your looking for a vehicle I would make Monir at La National Auto your first stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really skeptical to buy a car from a used car dealership as I’ve heard many horror stories but buying my car here was nothing near that. The staff was amazing! All very friendly people who wanted to do everything they could to make sure customer support is number one. The car itself upon mechanical inspection had issues which I asked them to be addressed and they kindly took care of the problems they found which had no impact on final price. One thing I loved was that they made sure the car was in great working shape before letting it out the door. They give you a warranty and everything. The test ride with Monir was also great he was extremely informative and was nothing but kind. I’m glad I bought my car from here. They don’t keep secrets, get their mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection as well as top up all oil coolants and lubricants. Also give you a carfax so you know exactly where the car has been and what has happened. Above and beyond service and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. Hats off to the staff here!
